I am a Kinesiology Federation Registered Practitioner (KFRP).  The KF is a self regulating professional body. Practically this means that I have undergone rigorous training that includes, in addition to my Kinesiology training, further qualifications in Nutrition, anatomy and physiology, counselling skills and business and management skills.

This training is ongoing and I keep updated in various fields such as regular seminars on leading edge nutrition held at the Royal Society of Medicine in London.

I have also been a Reiki Master Practitioner since November 2000, training with Chris Parkes who runs the Reiki School and teaches the original Usui System of ReikiHealing founded by Dr Usui.

I have long been fascinated by complementary therapies, particularly Kinesiology. Over the years and quite by chance I have met different Kinesiologists in various countries who have impressed and inspired me.

This culminated in my saying to my daughter on what must have been several occasions something along the lines of "would love to be able to do this," she replied rather exasperatedly one day "Oh, just get on with it," and I did!

In the past I have found that conventional drugs have made little difference to my symptomsso I thought 'why not try and treat the cause rather than mask the symptoms?' That is what Health Kinesiologyis all about.
