Indian Head Massage
Indian head massage can benefit you in a number of ways. As well as easing areas affected by mental and emotional stress such as headache, insomnia and depression, it is also beneficial for:

What to expect from a session
The client sits fully clothed on a chair. A range of different moves are used including kneading and compression of the neck, shoulder and scalp. I do not use oil, so you will leave relaxed but not “messed” up at all and ready to face the outside world if neccessary. The treatment lasts about forty five minutes.
