Wellbeing coaching

Generally with Coaching it is assumed that you, the client, have all the answers within you and that with careful and gentle questioning, the options will make themselves known. As a coach, the aim is to empower you to make, meet and exceed personal health and wellbeing goals.

It gives you the tools to have clarity around what you want from life, so that you have the confidence to achieve those goals.

As a Wellbeing Coach, I work with the 8 Element Wheel, which helps to find a balance in all aspects of your life.

In Wellbeing Coaching there is room at the end of a session to offer suggestions that may help the client and this sets it apart from ordinary coaching.


What to expect from a session

You can expect a coaching session to run for at least 50 minutes to an hour, during which time I look to encourage you to find the best way forward for dealing with issues that matter to you.

Often, you, being able to change your mindset, is sufficient to enable you to clearly see your path ahead.

The opportunity to focus on your values, beliefs and how they impact on your daily life can be very powerful.

A course of 6 sessions is normally recommended in order to give you sufficient time to explore your options and look for an effective way forward.

The work we do together is non judgemental and totally confidential.

Coaching Sessions can be delivered in person or through Skype, distance is not a problem.

Packages of care

Coaching is delivered as ‘Packages of Care’.

It is generally accepted that in order to get the best possible outcome a minimum of 6 sessions is recommended, this is what we refer to as a ‘Package of Care’.

1×6 coaching sessions = £390.
